I don't leave bad reviews very often but credit where credit is due. 3 meals ordered on a busy night where we were informed there will be a half hour wait on food. An hour in were told 1 meal sold out, and had to change it. I can understand that. Another hour later our meals turned up, 1 was right 2 were wrong. Upon asking the staff what had happened we were told they had run out of another and just decided to substitute it with another meal. It was no secret in the dining room that many were unhappy with what they had received and the untimeliness, but after 2 hours wait we nearly ate the plates.

Very poor attitude from senior staff towards junior staff calling them useless in front of customers when the senior staff was at fault. Left me sour Will not recommend to anyone unless that love to see poor leadership and training Heath youre doing a good job mate

Has improved to what it was.Easy parking and access.Dosent have barista coffee service for some weird reason? Service is slow because there isn't enough staff! Went to get a membership card and was told it could take 10 day's to get it . I don't think the gaming commission would like to know about this???

First time dinning here. Iwas told by staff the fish was fresh cod, yet when we received our dinners all 6 small pieces of fish for two separate plates were exactly the same size, small triangle shape, "frozen cod"???? Very oily, dry salad and a few chips. Smallest serving I have seen in a long while. The people beside us had the parmy, they complained and left it. We have been coming down here for about 8 years but never tried dinner on advice from caravan stayers and locals, can see why now.
